Shipping policy

We carefully prepare and ship each order with intention. Please review our shipping terms below.

• In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.

• Custom pieces ship within the timeline stated at the time of purchase.

• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders are shipped via a trusted carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx). Delivery timelines vary based on destination and shipping method chosen.

Tokyo Sunset Studios is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Orders may be insured at our discretion for security purposes, or by customer request (please email us fleeyamind@tokyosunset.com).

Once tracking confirms delivery, Tokyo Sunset Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
